Previous sites for the fellowship have been the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, Kaiser Permanente, Economic Opportunity and Kaiser Permanente, Social Health Practice, among others.AWARDFellows will receive a $120,000 stipend for one year. Virtual work will be accommodated as required due to COVID-19 in line with public health guidance. Fellowships will be in-person in the following states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Oregon, Washington, and Virginia, as well as Washington, D.C. FELLOWSHIP SITE PLACEMENTFellows may be placed with Kaiser Permanente partners serving our communities or within Kaiser. Critical determinants prioritized by Kaiser Permanente and our partners include housing and homelessness, food security, economic opportunity, and education, racism and related trauma, environmental health and sustainability, and access to healthcare services. Fellows will support and lead projects, programs, and partnerships to address upstream determinants of health/social health across Kaiser Permanente-served communities.

NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS The American Public Health Association and Kaiser Permanente are pleased to announce a call for applications for the American Public Health Association and Kaiser Permanente Community Health Fellowship. Recipients will receive a $120,000 stipend. The fellowship is for newly graduated MPH students with conferral dates between May 2021 and August 2022 and PhDs in Public Health (May 2021 and August 2022 conferral dates as well).
